Best Electrical Technicians in Oklahoma City OK

Our experience with Performance Electric surpassed any and all expectations. Every time I called, I talked to a real person, who remembered me. Brody had our powered restored within 1 1/2 hours, was very professional and friendly. I can't thank the Performance Electric team enough for the absolute best customer service! Great service

Roger and Brandon install overhead lighting in our home. It was great Roger brought examples of light fixtures we could chose from that would fit our need perfectly. All work was very well done and they took time to clean everything up. I would highly recommended them for any of electrical needs.

Hired a contractor to do work in my home. He took my money and left. Nathan and his guys come in and finished everything. Nathan squeezed me onto his schedule because I was left in a mess. They worked hard and quick. Amazing group. If you need an electrician, Nathan is your guy. Compassionate, honest, extremely fair and wonderful. Cannot say enough good things about these people. Nathan has been a godsend.

Faith did a good job installing a generator. After that, I endured several years of frustration with them servicing my generator. I would call and leave messages and go weeks before getting a call back. Technicians were difficult to get scheduled. It was a hassle. I found someone else to service the unit and was happy with them. During the recent ice storm my regular service provider wasn't able to help. When I called Faith, a man answered the phone and began telling me that the problem presenting itself was all my fault, that I should call the other people back. I stopped him and said bluntly do you want to come out and work on this generator or not? That was met with him arguing with me and being rude. I'm done with Faith. Their customer service skills are ridiculously poor and I will never put myself through the frustration of having to call and beg for someone to come out to my house again.
