Toby was very pushy and said he was coming to give me a free estimate. The free estimate cost me $99 and even when I tried to politely let him know we couldn’t afford his estimate he pushed more. I was very uncomfortable and felt I had no choice by the end. I felt he was dishonest about a lot of things he told us and after requesting to talk with several times afterwards he’s done nothing but avoid me. I don’t want anyone else to feel taken advantage of by him.

Brett and Mike were very professional and took the time to explain what needed to happen while still taking in to account our needs.

Additionally, we were never left guessing as to what was going on or when they would be arriving on a multi-day project.

Bottom line is we were given the very best service and support.

WONDERFUL SERVICE. Very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and honest.! We had what we though was an emergency ( turned out not to be) and he got us in very quickly and solved the problem fast - and way easier than we would have known without his expertise!

They came to my house in order to “give me a quote” but I never heard back from them even after I followed up with them asking when I could expect a quote.
Seems super unprofessional and disrespectful to come into someone’s home and not even give a quote.

DO NOT let these people into your home. They came by my house to look at my electrical panel/ outlet that wasn't working. They told me before they came they wouldn't to any work until they diagnosed the problem, and they would tell us how much it cost before hand. I was unable to stay home during the visit, and my wife was here alone when they came. I guess whoever they sent saw a woman alone and figured they could scam some extra cash out of her. The only problem we had was a gsi switch needed to be reset, which basically means the electrician just needed to press a button on the outlet. Instead be acted like he didn't know what was wrong and did a bogus inspection of our whole house. They ended up charging $200 just to press that button on the outlet.
