5 Star Electric was completely unprofessional to use. Clayton would not respond to requests for status about when work would be done. He would go off to other jobs and leave my project sitting for weeks at a time. Finally after 2 months of no work being done I fired him for non-performance. I wouldn't give him one star. Stay away from this contractor at all costs.

Out of business. They need to let people know. I drove quite a distance to try to talk to someone.

As an employer, reasonable & flexible & understanding to family commitments. Could improve on communicating. Laid off without notice. Didn't seem fully committed to keep people employed (taking smaller jobs to keep workers) during pandemic.

I have used Alliance several times the past 2 years for electrical and heating and air and have had nothing but great service. All my appointments have usually been same day service as well. Everyone I have dealt with is very friendly and knowledgeable. No complaints whatsoever and will most definitely use again.

They are great making the initial sale. I bought my flooring there thinking it would be faster to have them install it instead of my husband. I was wrong. It was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks after purchase. It was finally delivered 3 weeks after. They never called me to set up the delivery I had to call them. Same went for installation. Was supposed to be 3 days after delivery. It was installed a week late. After getting corporate involved. They sent a crew to install it. One person. He did a great job. It's not his fault they couldn't schedule things. They only sent 1 person to install 2 large rooms of hardwood flooring. It took two 12 hour days for him to get it done. Over a month and a half after I purchased it. Installed a month late. Then they gave me 10% of my purchase because I contacted corporate. However the store owner was so rude to me. It could have been free and I still wouldn't shop at that store again.

These guys were professional from the get-go, kept in contact before the service appointment, and got here on time. They did the install in about 30 minutes, cleaned up after, and their prices were very reasonable. Give them a call-I highly recommend them!

Richard was very professional, work was completed quickly . I was able to leave and run errands and came home and work was nearly complete. Cleaned up and they were so good to my big dog .And they have a military discount!!I highly recommend this company and will call them back in the future!

We had a cascading power failure in our home, and we feared we may have a faulty breaker box or even something potentially dangerous. The technician that arrived (Justin G) was prompt, polite and professional. He did a complete diagnostic check of our box and took the time to explain what could have caused it, but reassured me that our setup was safe. No attempts to sell a membership, no hassles, just skill and professionalism. I will have these guys on speed dial for any further electrical issues. Worth every penny.

Chris was quick to respond and able to come the next day. He came when he said he would. He was very polite and professional working around our family. He quickly troubleshot our problems and was very thorough when explaining what he found. He was able to fix everything, look at a few more things for us, and be in and out in under an hour. He was very affordable. We will hang on to his info for any future needs. Highly recommend.

Worked here for a while and learned a lot. Best part of it was the co-workers, they were wonderful
