Responsive, prompt, solved the problem

Chris came out to wire new lights, install a new smoke detector, and perform other minor maintenance. He explained everything very thoroughly, including reasoning, codes, options, etc. Ajai came later to help out and make the job go faster. Both were very polite, approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable. They worked diligently and got done earlier than I expected. They were considerate of my toddler as well, asking if I needed to keep a basement door closed. Referred to me by my plumber; I would definitely use them again. Not creepy or gruff and didn't smoke, which are three important things I appreciate in service providers!

Excellent quality of work and communication for surprisingly reasonable prices

From the planning phase of the job, Klodian’s responsiveness and expertise made preparing for the installation very smooth. Titanium Electrical team is extremely knowledgeable and proficient. They were careful in performing the work, making sure that the whole apartment was covered and protected from dust/debree. Klodian’s experience allows him to find solutions for any electrical job imaginable, and I couldn’t be more happy with the result. Not only did his team perfectly perform the chandelier installation (with patching and painting), they went above and beyond to even help me with several unrelated house fixes for free.

I have used them a few times in the past. They always respond within minutes, and I couldn't be happier with the customer service, and the quality of work / professionalism of the technician. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again and have recommended them to my family and friends.

We had two circuit breakers go out on a Saturday, of all days. I decided to try Wise Owl Electricians after reading their online ratings and seeing that they were available on Saturday. I was not dissatisfied. Devon arrived swiftly, diagnosed the issue, and got us back up and running in no time. Both his work and his rates were superb. AMAZING SERVICE, AVAILABLE AT ANY TIME.

Ez Does It Home Improvement came out to my home to install my surround sound system through out the home on 7/29/2012. Ez Does It Electrical were very promoted with there service. I gave Ez Does It Electrical a call at Noon and by 2pm they was at my home starting the job. Their Electricians was very professional and knowledgeable about the system I bought and even showed me some tricks. I will recommend Ez Does It Electrical to my family and friends.

I had an issue with my electric baseboard heater and had an electrician come out who misdiagnosed the issue and then tried to charge me an insane amount for an issue that wasn't fixed. We then looked for another electrician near me and found these guys, and they were amazing. Their tech was able to diagnose the issue immediately and fix the problem. We even had them take a look at a few other smaller items around the townhouse that they were able to fix. Will definitely be using them again for any future needs!

2 Stars for how they conduct business. I called for an estimate and made an appointment. They did not show. When I called they said they forgot to write it down. We were rescheduling when he asked for the address again. I gave it to him and he said I won't do the job too hard to find parking. I gave him 2 star (instead of 1) because at least he did not waste more of my time

Javein and his father who taught him the craft are a power duo! I had them install our home Tesla wall charger. I shopped around different electricians and they were: 1. the affordable option; 2. The most helpful in helping me understand the different installation options; and 3. Completed the installation in a trustworthy and professional manner. Jevein and his father worked hard on a cold, snow day. Humble and friendly. Highly recommended!
