Very very poor response time, filled out their project submission form for 2 t.v. to be wall mounted on 7/19 received a response on 7/21 Sunday evening from Anna Carter
Client Success Manager, responded on the very next morning 7/22, requesting to schedule an appt and more info. I received no response and I patiently waited and waited. I finally needed to know if I could get this done by next week so I emailed again yesterday 7/25. During that time of waiting I added another t.v. to be mounted. Now that is 3 t.v.'s with wire concealment and possibly brackets to be included, so not a small job, roughly about $1,000 worth of work to mount 3 t.v.'s. Today is 7/26 and you guessed it, still no response. . Luckily I called another company yesterday whom responded asap with all the information and they are scheduled to do the job next Tuesday. Side note, my husband called independently twice and they never returned his call. Maybe you'll have better luck not waiting for days with their Client Success Manager.
