Service was very good and fast. Unfortunately, had to come back because
fixture was flickering due to dimmer light switch. Had to install regular switch instead. He was very patient and made sure it was not flickering.

Harris has been amazing. He does great quality of work and is consistently reliable. He finished the job and even came back to fix one of the outlets (that someone else messed up) a couple weeks after the work was complete, free of charge.

I had spoke with quite a few electricians for bringing in new service from ConEd, installing a meter, & making all the connections to a small office I built, & the only electrician that seemed honest, profesional, and very knowledgeable about his skillset was Alex from High Quality.

Alex not only knew how to do his job right, but he also knew how to explain it to me in such a way that I was able to understand it like an electrician, and that inspired trust. The price was also incredibly reasonable, lower than almost all other electricians that I had spoke with.

I had difficulty finding an electrician to complete the project because most of the people I found did not pick up the phone or were too busy to care for a small job. However, the overall experience with Wise Owl Electricians in New York was great. Dustin and his team were professional and completed the same appointment. Dustin and his crew were respectful and took the time to explain the complexities and the related costs. Thanks for a great work!

Called him earlier today. He told me he wasn’t available until the evening time. He showed up as promised to diagnose my HVAC fan coil issue. He told me the service call was $150 cash and anything after was additional. My fan coil unit is 20+/- years old. He noticed that my control board was corrosive but still working. He found a tripped fuse and replaced it. Total bill was $200. I told him I will certainly use him again.
