Before ConEd could restore power the outside connection has to be repaired and replaced by a licensed electrician. Dennis and his crew were amazing.
They were prompt, professional and a pleasure to deal with. They also coordinated all city permits and interfaced with Con Ed to immediately turn the power on as soon as the repairs were done.
