They came to install ceiling fixtures, spent three hours, one of which was on a fruitless hunt for parts at a far-away hardware store, and ultimately failed to install any lights but charged $600. When I asked them to reduce the charge they only would do so on the condition that we use them to finish the job, for which they provided a very high quote. We found someone else who did the work for 1/3 of the quote and in half the time.
