He called back when he said he would, he executed the job just as he said he would and when he realized he missed something in the estimate (which was already fairly priced), he added it at no charge. Knowing that we were on a tight schedule, he worked around our tenant’s schedule to complete the job over a weekend and then he followed through by scheduling and being present for the inspection several days later. If we plug too many appliances into the outlet in the living room the breaker switch in the breaker panel will flip and we will have to reset it. Over the years this has always been an inconvenience, especially in the summer when we have to plug in the window AC. We hired CN for another project and while they were on site I asked them to take a look at the electrical for me and they were kind enough to repair the electrical issue for me. They upgraded the breaker switches from 15A to 20A. They explained to me that the breaker switches are overloaded and the panel itself needed to be replaced with a larger size panel and put some of the outlets on designated breaker switches. But for now they rewired the panel and upgraded the breaker switches so that the breaker won’t keep tripping anytime we plug in multiple appliances. In the future we may use CN to make a full upgrade on the panel. Thanks for all the hard work, we look forward to working with you again CN.
