Overall, I thought they were great. PK & Altman was referred to us during a move from one office to another in NYC. On one hand the experience was limited because it was to disconnect some electrical wiring so that furniture could be broken down, and on the other, it was great because everything went smoothly - they showed up when they said they would, took payment the way they said they would, charged what they said they would, etc.

Was very satisfied with the service. The electrician Randy was extremely professional and personable. Answered questions knowledgeably, and did excellent work. Will be my go-to electrician from now on.

From the initial communications, to giving me a quote within 24hrs, to rewiring my living room and installing 2 ceiling fans, the service was outstanding. Alex is extremely professional and knowledgable but also genuine, kind, and empathetic. He was a pleasure to be around, and made what felt like a daunting job look easy — as a homeowner, that was paramount for me in reducing any stress I had. He and his team completed the job thoroughly and in a timely manner, but without rushing. I am beyond thrilled with their work. I have been using Rich for over a decade. HIs company is always professional, does a great job and is reasonably priced. Recently I hired him to replace 53 year old bulbs and wiring harnesses that were not working. While doing the job, his team diagnosed and fixed an electrical problem that may have resulted in a fire had they not fixed it. After redoing the outdoor lights, it is better than ever. The outside is better lite then it has been in the past, uses less electricity with new bulb technology and is better insulated against the weather and insects. I highly recommend Rich's company.

This guy took a huge dump in my toilet. The feces was so big it clogged my toilet. And not surprisingly no toilet paper in the toilet which means someone didn’t wipe. Yeeesh
