I had a short circuit in one of my kitchen sockets that blew out power to the fridge for 4 days while I was on a biz trip. Needless to say it was incredibly stressful to come home to a disaster. Roman was able to fit me into his schedule the next day and while the issue thankfully was very minor, he explained what caused it, how much load to put on that wall breaker, what the AMPerage is for my various small appliances etc. I learnt a lot and can't recommend him more.
