I tried to hold my opinion until I make sure it's not my fault. After all, I see all these 5 stars review and I wonder if it's me just overreacting. However, I did pay $200 for nothing, so I thought I should say something.

Although not on time, running more than an hour late without informing me, Serafin was a friendly person. But before his visit, 7 out of the 10 kitchen lights worked, but when he left, none of the lights worked. The kitchen was also left as a huge mess that I spent a long time to clean up.

When I was charged $200 for making my apartment situation worse, I was shocked, but I still paid because I respect people taking their time helping, although my time was obviously not being respected.

Since nothing was fixed by Serafin, and situation got worse (there's a lot more details that I decided to not go into here), and I confirmed with Roman to learned that the return visit is going to be charged separately, I decided to call another company to come take a look. The first visit by another company was free, and then they identify the issue immediately and gave me a reasonable estimate right on site. If I had hired them first, I would only have to pay for the 3 lights that I had issue with instead of the whole 10 lights which stop working after Conquest Electric's visit.

Had a good experience with Mazyar. He was very communicative, arrived on time, and completed two projects very quickly and efficiently. Thank you!!

I had difficulty finding an electrician to complete the project because most of the people I found did not pick up the phone or were too busy to care for a small job. However, the overall experience with Wise Owl Electricians in New York was great. Dustin and his team were professional and completed the same appointment. I scheduled an appointment with them they never gave me a time I told him that I am available all morning. i was delivering a package to a customer and I was 3 min away from where we should meet he just left. at least call before you show up. They didn't call before they show up never gave me a specific time and the guy was very rude.

I PURCHASED A MITSUBISHI SLIM DUCTLESS SYSTEM 3 YEARS AGO,WORK GREAT FOR 2 YEARS THIS YEAR THE UNIT DOESN'T OPERATE ,FOR THE LAST 2 AND A HALF MONTHS I`M TRYING TO GET A MITSUBISHI AUTHORIZE TECHNICIAN TO FIX THE A/C BUT NO LUCK.I RECOMMEND NOT TO PURCHASE MITSUBISHI A/C BECAUSE THE SERVICE SUCKS.
