I am a commercial property manager with 40 building portfolio of mixed use buildings in Manhattan and Brooklyn and I came across DAVEN electric some 6 years ago when I asked colleagues whom they used for electric matters from small services calls to large total renovation work. It’s a get what you pay for scenario in that DAVEN electric is not the low priced company on the block however they are the reliable, responsible, accountable and high quality company that all others wished they were and for that I will pay up and I recommend you do the same.

Hired Javein to troubleshoot my 5 yr old Lorex security system. Two cameras were out and he figured out the lines got water in them. He sorted through various options with me- purchasing replacement cameras vs purchasing a new system. He also noticed that the DVR for the system was making a loud whiring noise indicating it could be on its way out. I ended up purchasing a new system as Lorex gave me a discount for being a customer. I compared Javein's installation price with 2 other electricians and Javein's price was better compared to other contractors. He came, installed the new system, neatly ran the wires and introduced us to the features of the system. Overall excellent service. Will certainly keep his info handy for any electrical jobs in future

Opening a brand-new Pilates studio has a lot of moving pieces, so finding Gregg and his team was a godsend. They explained different ways to achieve my goals and showed me ways to save money. They are very safety conscious and were helpful at every turn. They helped alleviate some of the stress of starting a new venture. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Gambi. He was knowledgeable, and happy to explain what needed to be done. He returned my calls promptly and worked with my schedule. I had him come in to replace and correct damage left by a different contractor. A previous contractor did some repair work on the facade of my building, disconnecting, dismantling and throwing out a perfectly working exterior intercom panel. He also moved the door release wiring. None of which was supposed to be done. Gambi didn't try to convince me that I needed an entirely new system. Gambi also didn't berate me for the misdeeds of the previous contractor. He easily replaced the missing panel and connected it to the existing system. He was also able to quickly identify the wiring for the door release, replace the connection, and get it working again. I appreciate the fact that Gambi was able to give me an honest quote and didn't try to tag extra fees on at the site. I would definitely use his services for other electrical issues.

I PURCHASED A MITSUBISHI SLIM DUCTLESS SYSTEM 3 YEARS AGO,WORK GREAT FOR 2 YEARS THIS YEAR THE UNIT DOESN'T OPERATE ,FOR THE LAST 2 AND A HALF MONTHS I`M TRYING TO GET A MITSUBISHI AUTHORIZE TECHNICIAN TO FIX THE A/C BUT NO LUCK.I RECOMMEND NOT TO PURCHASE MITSUBISHI A/C BECAUSE THE SERVICE SUCKS.
