We're very please with their customer service. George and Anthony in the office are extremely helpful and professional. They went above and beyond helping us.
The installers, Stanley and Emilio were on time, professional, and left the area clean. Emilio had the task of testing the system and then training us how to use it. I scheduled an appointment with them they never gave me a time I told him that I am available all morning. i was delivering a package to a customer and I was 3 min away from where we should meet he just left. at least call before you show up. They didn't call before they show up never gave me a specific time and the guy was very rude.

They called me shortly after and told me to stop by, no appointment needed. I stopped that afternoon to get a key cut and a remote programmed that I bought on the internet. They were busy, but got it done and programmed my existing remote that wasn't working correctly. Super nice people. Good, quick service, and really affordable. A key, fob programming, and a fob battery all in was around $30! I know where I'm going from now on for this sort of thing!
