Our company ended up hiring someone else but Tony called back to follow up on our situation and it showed he really cared about whether our door buzzer got fixed. We had a short in one of the junction boxes in our basement—not that we knew that until Randy showed up—that was tripping one of circuit breakers and taking out half the outlets on the second floor. Randy had us back up and running in less than two hours. Not only that but one of the outlets that wasn't functioning before now works!
