I tried to hold my opinion until I make sure it's not my fault. After all, I see all these 5 stars review and I wonder if it's me just overreacting. However, I did pay $200 for nothing, so I thought I should say something.

Although not on time, running more than an hour late without informing me, Serafin was a friendly person. But before his visit, 7 out of the 10 kitchen lights worked, but when he left, none of the lights worked. The kitchen was also left as a huge mess that I spent a long time to clean up.

When I was charged $200 for making my apartment situation worse, I was shocked, but I still paid because I respect people taking their time helping, although my time was obviously not being respected.

Since nothing was fixed by Serafin, and situation got worse (there's a lot more details that I decided to not go into here), and I confirmed with Roman to learned that the return visit is going to be charged separately, I decided to call another company to come take a look. The first visit by another company was free, and then they identify the issue immediately and gave me a reasonable estimate right on site. If I had hired them first, I would only have to pay for the 3 lights that I had issue with instead of the whole 10 lights which stop working after Conquest Electric's visit.

Prior to meeting with Mike (the owner), I anticipated a huge bill for a comparably huge wiring project. After thoughtfully going through my office's electrical system, he proposed a number of less disruptive/less costly options which would adequately address my office's electrical needs. He appeared to be a competent/knowledgeable individual - who was quite pleasant to deal with. I certainly would use his services and those of his crew should further electrical needs develop.

I liked that he came prepared. He seemed very knowledgeable and very fair about making assessments on what he can do. He will stay in my Rolodex as my Electrician.

We had a funky wiring situation in a bathroom, and wanted to install a new smart switch (humidity sensing fan switch), or at least find out if it was possible. The technician was punctual, patient, and helped cleanup the switch box. In the end because of the old wiring in this old house we weren’t able to connect the smart switch, and installed a traditional timer switch for the fan. In the end we were very pleased with the service provided, and the rate was very reasonable for the amount of time and effort this took. Would definitely hire again.

We had two circuit breakers go out on a Saturday, of all days. I decided to try Wise Owl Electricians after reading their online ratings and seeing that they were available on Saturday. I made an appointment for a number of small jobs to be done around my apartment. The handyman came on time and was accommodating to all my requests. He was friendly and thorough. I needed custom wood blinds installed, a light fixture in a closet replaced (that I couldn't get my building super to do it), a towel holder installed in the kitchen and a number of wall units installed. One of the walls was cement but it wasn't a problem and the end result was very professional. I thought the price was fair given the great service I received.
