Wonderful job! The team at EMCO was very accommodating in scheduling. They also minimized holes in the wall when installing and running new wires for new lights was amazing. Having known David Lavender for a number of years, I asked the Daven team to take over a project from a previous electrical firm. From their initial dealings with the DOB Electrical Division to arranging and attending inspections, then getting the necessary sign-offs, they were diligent and responsive throughout the process. Their analysis of the existing conditions as well as their knowledge of and adherence to the correct electrical codes made working with them stress-free. Administratively, the paperwork, insurance requirements and documentation was clear and whenever a conversation was needed, always available to clarify any details in question.
Even during this Covid-19 period, the site specific work at the operating Tenant space was well coordinated, tidy and efficiently staged so as not to interrupt any daily business.
Daven have proven themselves dependable, informative, knowledgeable and affordable at every level. I look forward to calling on them again in the future.
