I am a commercial property manager with 40 building portfolio of mixed use buildings in Manhattan and Brooklyn and I came across DAVEN electric some 6 years ago when I asked colleagues whom they used for electric matters from small services calls to large total renovation work. I have over 40 vendors from every trade for the past 25 years working for us in one capacity or another and no company has come to close to the overall value DAVEN bring to the table. It’s a get what you pay for scenario in that DAVEN electric is not the low priced company on the block however they are the reliable, responsible, accountable and high quality company that all others wished they were and for that I will pay up and I recommend you do the same.

York replaced my old fuse panel that was causing tons of problems in less than a day. Everything is now upgraded and the problems i was having in 2 of the bedrooms are now fixed as well. A very clean and professional company, definitely recommending to some peers. Fair price points as well

This is not an exaggeration that Vlad really can fix anything, to which I am a witness. He's done a tremendous high quality job fully renovating my apartment which involved skim painting, complex carpentry, flooring, tricky electrical and plumbing, and tiling. He even replaced the old mesh on my window screens. It's been a large-scale and lengthy project and the final results were phenomenal. Vlad impressed me with his top-notch professional expertise, unique skill set, mild manners and an impeccable work ethics. Throughout my renovation, he had many opportunities to prove he really was the best. He used his many talents to confidently navigate out of so many unpredictable and difficult-to-resolve situations, and was resourceful and inventive. In the end, I was one happy customer. I think of Vlad as a class act and a humble genius in his own right who is always looking outside of the box to find the best solutions. I have a lot of respect for Vlad and would highly recommend him to anyone who is able to recognize honest and dedicated hard work and can appreciate Vlad's advanced professional skills and positive I can do it attitude.

Unfortunately this company is TROUBLE. I have been in business for 14yrs and worked with countless contractors never experiencing something like this! Actually I wouldn't bother to post, and tried everything to work something out. BUT THIS IS SO WRONG! I hired them to do a small light repair job and within a week the lighting faulted, I called to report the issue, and how we can fix the problem. The reply was feet dragging and finger pointing at me. During our conversation I find out they have a policy that automatically sends all their customers to a COLLECTION AGENCY! So we have to pay for the service within 30 days if it works or not!!! AS of today, I HAD TO PAY FOR LIGHTS THAT DONT WORK and they want to charge me to fix their mistake! Are you kidding me!!!! I WANT A REFUND!

Extremely overpriced! The electricians that arrived at my house spent a day and half just installing one outside light and wire. They talked more than they actually worked. A service call that could have been completed in two days or less with two electricians took 3 days.
