Best Ductless Heating in Nashville TN

Plumber was not knowledgeable. Repairs made did not repair issues, facets still leak and the toilet is still running constantly. I sent pictures prior to plumber appointment to make sure they would know the issues, to no avail.

New central heat/air system. Installers very polite and helpful. My only complaint, I am old school and was expecting a final paperwork with the install but there was nothing, still waiting to find out when I will receive it.

Been a Hiller customer for years.The technician arrived, took him to the toilet to repair. He moved the Fluidmaster toilet repair kit off the top of the toilet, took of the lid, and started working. I asked what he was doing at one point and he said two things, went out to truck, came back, opened up a new toilet flap and installed it. When he gave me the bill I asked why he was charging me $18 for a $6 part. He told me it was for carrying it on the truck. I asked him why he didn't use the one from the repair kit he moved before starting. He removed the charge. He then called me a liar.Not my best Hiller experience.Edit: Hiller Plumbing customer Service reached out to me about this and have resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

These guys provided above top notch service. They were able to provide me with same-day service on a Saturday afternoon and they were extremely efficient with their service. Not only was the service great, the technician who came to my home and I hate that I didn't write his name down, but he was extremely knowledgeable about the task at hand. But never-mind him being knowledgeable. The passion and energy that he had about his job was what made me know that I made the right choice with this company. Please, I recommend that you use MCH for all your home needs. Great service with impeccable customer service. Family oriented business!

2022 UPDATE ONE UEAR LATER,System finally broke down and we called Frog back out to assess what we needed. Josh came out this time and was equally incredible in his professionalism and helpfulness with getting us a fair estimate for a new system. Frog does a great job with building in the customer service of their field techs, etc. We turly appreciate that and look forward to the new install later in the week, like two days. Thank yoi Frog for hiring the right people with the right attitude. Thank you Josh, you were awesome!2021 - Luke was incredible, he was knowledgeable in explaining differences in what was going on, but more importantly he was kind, professional and went above and beyond to help get us cooled down.
