Josh came out to our office, Xtreme Exteriors LLC, and fixed our plumbing issue, which included pulling up the toilet and unclogging the drain for both the men's and ladies' room; he was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly--he even pointed out that our back flow was leaking, something that we had just had inspected by the city (and passed the inspection on). Josh finished fixing everything quickly and even mopped up the restrooms when he was finished so there wasn't any nasty clean-up for me to deal with!
