These are people that have roots in Robertson County. That means a lot to me, and I'm glad to give them my business.

8/4/23 I just had Coolray come out and do a lot of plumbing, I redid my bathroom, had a lot of work done. I also had them put a new AC unit in as well. I am VERY pleased at how quickly they got the job done, very professional, answered any questions I asked they answered. I highly recommend them. They gave me a great deal as well. I would like to shout out to Plumbing mgr Thomas Young, Thomas Young Jr, Brandon Watson, Willie Kincaid, Kevin Weatherspoon, Stanton Johnson and Clifford Garretson. I know there where a lot more guys - they all did a wonderful job. I believe in letting people know if they did a good job or a bad job. So, Thank you to Coolray for everything!!

Absolutely terrible communication, service, and all around approach to business. Will not recommend or wish my experience upon any consumer. Ron required payment before he could schedule to replace my meter base - a fairly simple project. I paid him and he cashed my check immediately. 6 weeks later and after dozens of attempts to call, schedule, and have the work that I already paid for done, I have called it quits. My attorney is now taking this matter up.

He diagnosed the issue quickly, found the part, gave me the quote and completed the repairs the same day. He made sure everything was working properly before he left.
