They told me what they were doing every step of the way and when it came time to tell me what they found, they were very detailed about what the problem was and was not. They were clear about what I should expect to have to pay, and also how to handle things in the future so that I may not need to call for assistance. I appreciated the itemized invoice that also included pictures and directions on how to handle things in the future. They did offer to have me utilize the yearly maintenance plan which I fully intend to do. I highly recommend this company!
