Hillar had fixed my drip in the bathtub faucet yesterday, but at 3:30 am, the tub started gushing water. I called Hillar, again, to fix the faucet. Chase was able to fix it by 5:30 am. Wow! What service!! He was friendly, apologetic, and fast. He didn't even wake up my sleeping children. Thank you Chase!!!

My experience with Hiller electric today went absolutely above and beyond the experience of true customer service and impeccable attention to detail with a smile and hustle attitude as Jake, my Hiller electrician onsite for the service call today, was able to fix the electricity in the upstairs bedrooms of my condo. Jake greeted me with a smile, was extremely positive and easy to talk to, made me laugh on more than one occasion, and executed the repair quietly and quickly in a very professional manner. I was thoroughly satisfied and am impressed with the service I received today. I hope that there are more team members that have the skills and the vibe that Jake brought in here today. Blake was our repairman. Very cordial well mannered young man. Went into crawl space under home, found leaking copper pipe. Explained issue and provided quote. Significantly lower than the competitions price. We agreed to price and leak was repaired in less than 2 hours. Way to go Blake and way to go FROG!! In the future, should we need plumbing services, we will be calling ?? 1st!!
