Incredibly dissatisfied with this service. I used Hiller plumbing to run new gas lines in my home to appliances.The first issue that came up was with scheduling. We set a day/time for a technician to come to our home and no one ever showed.They were scheduled to show up between 8-10am, received phone call @10:05 that they would be late. No expectation set on when they’d show up. We eventually had to call them ~12:30 to get an update. Finally a technician showed up around 1:30. Left immediately for a couple of hours to get supplies & ended up working for ~2 hours then leaving.They said they’d be back around noon the next day, but the next morning a technician shows up at 9am. They spent all day working until after 5 PM.Our next issue was with the quality of work. We were told they would first drill holes in the house then build backwards towards the new meter. This did not happen, they did the opposite.We were told the technicians would watch the video recorded by Webb and follow his instructions. They did not do this (the 2nd day’s technician even admitted that he didn’t watch the video & “had a better way”....then later admitted he’s only be doing this for a few months!!The work inside our laundry room is poor quality. The technician drilled the first 1-inch hole in the floor directly into the middle of an I-beam/floor joyce. We are checking how deep he drilled today, it appears to be significant.To remedy this incorrect hole he swept sawdust into it and put a piece of tile back on top. It looks bad. The 2nd hole he drilled in the laundry room cracked the tile back to the floorboard which Hiller did send a contractor to fix.The final issue was with billing. We first got a quote from a competitor and when we told Hiller about their quote they said they’d match it. When the work was finished, the technician told us we owed a much higher amount than agreed upon. They said this was a “misunderstanding” and that we would have to pay the higher amount. We indicated that this is a major issue for us. We were clear that Hiller had to match the competitors price which we had documented. They said they would fix the issue, but we have yet to receive a follow up call. But just received the higher bill via mail.Don’t use.
