Best Plumbing Maintenance in Nashville TN

Plumber was not knowledgeable. Repairs made did not repair issues, facets still leak and the toilet is still running constantly. I sent pictures prior to plumber appointment to make sure they would know the issues, to no avail.

Coolray is great about following up before the appointment and even sending you a picture of what technician will be assigned to you for the day. They are professional, efficient and fair priced.

Was super excited to use them since they worked on my previous home. They charged me for product they did not even use ( not cheap). They used old material that was already in my current home when the whole purpose was to replace it since it was old. When asked if they used brand new material they said yes, I let them know I checked the work and they didn’t. They did send someone back out to finish the job “correctly”. Scheduling issues was a big thing. Was told one day, and no one would show up. Brand new HVAC and they still managed to use the 10+ year old metal rusted pipes and left the uncut new one in my yard. Not a honest company.

Technician was the best. Josh noticed what was wrong and fixed it immediately. Tried another before I called Frog and they wanted to replace my entire unit and instead Josh just changed my defrost cycle. I will continue to use this company. Thank you very much
