AC condenser froze up Saturday afternoon and Coolray sent a tech the very next morning. Turns out the refrigerant was a little low and my filters were dirty and preventing good air flow. They only charged me $125, which I considered reasonable (my last AC repair cost $8,000 ouch!).

Tech was on time, courteous and respectful of property. He didn’t try to up-sell or charge for unnecessary items. Highly recommend

I had issues with toilet unable to flush and tank constantly seeping water, hiller plumbing came and work on it on April 18th 2023. In a couple of weeks the toilet flush issue re-occurred and when I reached out to customer care, they asked for another 69 dollars for a visit and stated it’s technician’s call if the issue is occurring because of parts he replaced then the visit fee will be waived off. Since the same problem occurred in a gap of few weeks, will Hiller not have any warranty on the work done? The same problem has re-occurred. A more justified way would be to schedule a free visit and if the issue is determined for a different reason, then the charges should be discussed. I am really unhappy with the quality of service and the fact that they do not have a good after sale service since the same issue happened in a few weeks!

Brandon came out to install a new thermostat I couldn’t get to work. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to ask me questions. He wasn’t pushy when discussing my options or their available service plans. Highly recommended!

Really appreciate this company. They are quite efficient at their trade, friendly and respectful. It's difficult to find people in this field of practice that are know what they are doing and respectful to home owners.

The dispatch was helpful and courteous, and sent a technician out to my house right away. Butch, the technician made quick work of my problem by switching out a breaker that had gone bad, and fixed an issue with another switch in the house. He was also courteous and professional. After my experience with Frog, I would happily recommend them to a friend.
