When I called to understand why, the lady reviewed their pricing and assured me that’s what I was previously told and said she could pull the recorded call to prove it. After a week of not hearing back from them, I reached back out and had to explain my situation over again. This happened for about 5 consecutive weeks before I got sick of getting the run around. Manipulative pricing structure and terrible customer service. I recommend you shop elsewhere.

I just had an excellent experience with MCH this past week. Our AC went out (in this crazy heatwave) in the middle of the night. Someone was able to come out on a holiday (July 4) to assess the situation. By 11am the next morning our unit was completely replaced, up and running. The crew was professional and did a great job. Can’t say enough about how well this was handled and with such expediency.
