I’ve tried calling multiple times a with no response. Why would you run a business that closes? 24/7 help is a better option. It’s sad that Lowes will answer the phone before this company does.

I needed an electric car charger installed in my garage. Bates did all the work, didn’t damage anything, and the car charger actually looks pretty decent.

MCA answered my request within minutes and had a crew out here the following morning. The actual crew was efficient, personable and professional. And I was given choices and ended up with an excellent unit at an amazing value.
