I had a less than flattering experience on the highway with one of their drivers earlier this week. When I called the number on the van, April was extremely helpful & apologetic. Later that day, the driver himself, and his supervisor called to apologize for the poor interaction. Wow! I'm not even a customer, and the way they conducted themselves, was very classy. If and when we have electrical issues, we will absolutely do business with Mr. Electric!!!

I can highly recommend Jeff and his team. They are quick with communication and the service team goes above and beyond. Even before coming to my house they researched my system (installed by another company) and made sure they would be able to solve the problems in an efficient manner. They not only repaired the mistakes made from the other company but spotted potential problems and suggested options to consider. One of your vans just drove through a construction zone on Old Hickory on the wrong side of the cones and then cut a bunch of people off to get ahead of the traffic line. Incredibly rude and dangerous. Would never trust you to do any work in my house based off this behavior.
