First of all, we noticed that our gas usage was going up and our utility company could not find a leak. We called Hoffman Brothers and explained our concerns to them and they found the leak at the hot water tank. So we began from there our journey with the professionals at Hoffman Brothers. All of the people involved from the sales to the maintenance people were very professional, courteous , knowledgeable , and flexible with their schedules to accommodate ours. They not only found the gas leak but they also discovered a water leak at the main valve. These items alone without attention could have destroyed our home. There are no words to express our heartfelt thanks in resolving this matter. We want to thank your staff for your excellent service and constant can do approach to satisfy the needs of the customer. I just had an excellent experience with MCH this past week. Our AC went out (in this crazy heatwave) in the middle of the night. Someone was able to come out on a holiday (July 4) to assess the situation. By 11am the next morning our unit was completely replaced, up and running. The crew was professional and did a great job. Can’t say enough about how well this was handled and with such expediency.

Butch and his partner are awesome! They are both very knowledgeable about their job and I learned so much from them. They work great together and were concerned about safety in the home. After showing me the terrible work the builders' electrician had (clearly) done on my light switches (which prompted the service call in the first place), he removed a switch panel in the bathroom and pointed out the black burn mark on the inside of the panel showing me the wire was getting way too hot. They went above and beyond also educating me on bulb voltage, etc. Thank you very much! Great job!
