Didn’t know how to preform repair and actually made the issue worse. I was charged a service fee even though they could not repair. I wouldn’t be so harsh except I explained my issue before scheduling service.

Hiller has always been very responsive and has great customer service after the sale. The tech who installed my water heater was prompt and professional and went above and beyond. Hiller also installed my HVAC a few years ago, and it has been very good as well. They are not always the cheapest option (although the water heater quote was more competitive than I expected), but their service and responsiveness make it well worth the cost.

Very pleased with the service, the quality of communication, and the price. I will be using these guys again as electrical projects come up.

Jason and his crew installed a new super-efficient Mitsubishi heat pump in our 1925 home in East Nashville and they did fantastic work. Their pricing was right in line with another quote I received and they were very respectful, clean, and communicative during installation. They were also diligent about wearing masks in the middle of COVID which was greatly appreciated because we have a newborn and mother-in-law living with us. We’re thrilled with the new unit and highly recommend MCH!

Great Company

Zack and Kevin came to my home to install my new air system. They arrived on time and got immediately to work. The day was extremely hot and they had to take apart my old system to get it out of the attic. There were issues with the new system but they stuck with it late into the night to make sure it was done before they left. They are two very hard working and professional individuals that work well together as a team. They are an asset to The Frog team!

Excellent service without the big overhead of a large company. Will use again.
