Service technicals were very nice and knowledgeable. I do think the price was very steep it was over $500 for them to snake my drain in under 20 minutes. Although techs were great and I would recommend them I wouldn’t use this company again.

Greg Williams was awesome. Within 1 minute of me showing him the symptoms of banging pipes, he identified it as a water hammer in the shower faucet. He gave me a price, replaced the worn out part and completed the task in 15 minutes. Great job. I love Hiller!

Hoffman Brothers were phenomenal. The customer service was excellent and I thought the technology was super advanced.We were late for our appointment and Rodney called and was willing to wait. He walked me through the entire process and was very professional. Then after the communication was superb.
