Louis was great. He was prompt, polite, professional and most importantly to me....honest and personable. Rather than just telling me a list of things that may need to be fixed or addressed, he actually took pictures and showed me specifically what he was talking about. This gave me a great feeling of faith in his own integrity but also a great deal of respect and trust in Hiller as a company.

I called Hiller last night after work hours about 7:00 pm. I had run out of freon and it was getting very hot. I had my son and several of his friends spending the night and was worried they would all be uncomfortable. I am a Happy Hiller club member. I had a regular scheduled tune up but it wasn’t for another 7 days. Hiller came out at 10:00 pm filled my hvac and we were good to go. Thank you so much for your great customer service and sincere concern for your clients!!
