Service was excellent! The technician originally showed up at my home when I was not there - we had a miscommunication on the appointment. I called and the young lady I spoke to in customer service was very kind. By this time it was almost 4pm. I was simply going to reschedule but she offered to contact her technician to see if he could come the same night. He arrived around 5:30 and was very pleasant - unusual after what I’m sure had been a long day. He listened to my explanation of the issue and decided that he would be able to reach the plumbing line from outside without having to completely remove the toilet. Obviously this saved time and was certainly less expensive. I highly recommend this company !

Porter Dickerson came to my house and solve the problem within minutes he was incredibly friendly and solved my problem immediately. I am a single female and felt perfectly comfortable having him in my home. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Mike cleaned out my sewer line CORRECTLY after two failed attempts by other plumber techs from other companies. Their equipment is top notch. He invited me to view the camera they ran into the sewer line so I better understood the issue. Resolved it in quick fashion.??????????Great experience!!!

I just bought my first house and the AC unit was giving me trouble. MCH came highly recommended, and I loved that they are a family owned business. They came out within 24 hours, and Aaron was extremely thorough. He meticulously cleaned my unit, replacing a part for me, and was communicative the entire time. He let me know as long as I take care of it I don't have to get a new unit any time soon. Every employee I spoke with from start to finish was so kind and helpful. I love seeing a small business be really really good at what they do, and plan to only use MCH for all my future needs.
