I own various properties and use various disciplines. Chase was hands down the best service technician I have ever worked with. Very well mannered and knowledgeable about his trade. The job was an absolute hot mess but luckily it was raining and 10pm at night. That always makes finding leaks more fun when it is 3 to 4 feet under ground at the water meter connection. He found issue discussed plan with me on how to repair it and what the cost was going to be. He came back next day when he said he would and fixed connection, emailed pictures and took payment. I am very pleased.

We had Jim come out and install our water heater- he was a gem. Professional, kind and knowledgeable - we are over the moon pleased with his installation of our water heater and Jim’s care and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend Hiller and we will use their service again.
