They didn’t do the work to code, they refused to fix their mistakes after I paid them in full, they lied to the city of Franklin & they tried to barge me more money to fix the mistakes THEY made. They put me in a horrible position with my permit. The will never answer the phone. The owner Ron Belford is a loose canon, ticking time bomb and was rude to me on several occasions out of nowhere. DONT HIRE THEM. They will NOT stand by their work. I should’ve known by the name...”discount” Some things just aren’t worth getting a good deal on...smh
