Hoffmann Brothers, new to Nashville, was referred to me by family in St Louis that use them and have excellent experience. I had a very positive experience for HVAC system replacement and would highly recommend them. Their sales people and Techs are honest, recommended alternatives that are more cost efficient rather than jumping to the priciest solution, but giving accurate pros and cons of what to do and even giving honest answers to the if it was you question. Unlike other companies in this area, hoffman showed up on time, got the job done and didn't nickel and dime on things needed to get the job done. I will be using hoffmann for my needs hvac and plumbing in the future.

This was my first time using Frog Heating, Air and Electrical, but I was really impressed by their responsiveness. When my AC went out on a Saturday, they offered me the option of a same day visit or Monday morning explaining the pricing difference. I selected Monday and they were prompt, called in advance of the technician's arrival. Upon arriving, the technician wore protective gear to keep our house clean. Luke (our technician) worked quickly, diagnosed the issue and was able to address the issue (more of a thermostat issue than our HVAC). He went above and beyond with his level of service. Frog will definitely be our go to should we have issues in the future.
