The company was professional and responsive from the initial quote through job completion. Our technician alex and his partner were friendly, helpful, professional and on time. We’ve had some bad experiences with service companies so it was particularly refreshing to deal with a company like Electric Connection who actually Did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and for a reasonable price.

When Eduardo installed a new fan in my bedroom it was shaking very badly. He blamed it on the ceiling. Also had a problem with a new outlet was told it was under warranty but they tried to charge me $100 to come back and look at it.

First off I have to say the quality of the service provided by this company is incredible. They are not only knowledgeable and professional but also very informative. They give you multiple options to fix your problem and answer any and all questions you may have. We just closed on our first home and the electrical panel was from the 1900’s, it looked so old that it was almost unrecognizable as the electic panel, Jose was able to move the entire panel, get city permits and all in less than 1 month.
