Stev came in today to give me a quote on recessed lighting installation at my house and I found him very professional and knowledgeable of his craft. We asked for a quote to fix a simple electric problem in our condo. They said they would send 2 techs out to take a look and charge $95/hour per tech, and charge for a minimum of 4 hours. $760 minimum to fix a light fixture? That's basically a scam.

Quoted me $350 just to come out and trouble shoot a smoke detector not getting power. ?
