We called Southwest because we were having issues with our labeling machine. They were quick and courteous in sending a technician. The technician examined the machine and honestly told us that the problem is not electrical but mechanical and did not charge us. I appreciated the honesty.

The company has installed lights for my patios and garden which have now made them look really nice. The price was very reasonable compared to what others are charging.
