May I suggest you incorporate a measure to verify address locations at the time you confirm the arrival time to avoid delays going to wrong address. Also advise the consumer of payment option changes prior to arrival. I was blindsided by the fact that the credit card swipe was inactive, and forced to pay by check because my Internet was not cooperative to transact via PayPal. I would call Daylight Electric again.

I was very pleased with Alex & Alex (family business). It was actually junior Alex who took my call and ultimately made the repairs. On the phone I explained my problem (flickering lights in two different rooms) and Alex explained what the service call would cost and what they would do for that price. When I asked when they could come out, he shocked me by saying in about an hour, after his current job. Shocked at how soon he could come, I booked him. Sure enough, he arrived in about an hour, diagnosed the problem (bad switches), replaced both of them, and: took a look at another non-working light and made a suggestion for repair or replacement, recommended I replace my existing under cabinet halogen puck lights with LED lights to save electricity, and gave me the link to the bulbs I could install myself. He also pointed out my current (40 year old panel) needed replacement (something I knew from two of my neighbors), and gave me an estimate for the job. The actual repair for the two switches was only an additional $25, and I was satisfied with the total price. I compared his price for replacing my electrical panel and it was competitive with what my neighbors paid, so I'll probably use Alex & Alex.for that job too.

These guys are a class A operation all the way. I've owned/operated a home automation company in Los Angeles for the past 16 years, and so have worked with a number of different electricians. Last week, my wife and I were faced with a major electrical mess at a property we recently purchased. Michael has done work now in both my restaurants and in my home. We have had other electricians in the past come in and while their work was basically fine insofar as the buildings never burned down, we have always felt that Michael's work really excels in the finishing details. All switches are level. Conduit is always run neatly. He's a great problem solver too and we never feel that we are paying for work that we don't need.
