They were so good to work with. Called me back when I made my original enquiry. Followed up with details of the appointment. Called me the day of the appointment to let me know the time window. Called again to tell me exactly when the electrician would arrive. The men were friendly, informative and efficient. Charged me less than the original quote because the job took less time. Followed up with an emailed receipt. None of these details may seem important but I have been let down by so many so called professionals that it is refreshing to have a company do exactly what they promised. Will definitely use them again.

He was courteous and clean, came in a fixed my ceiling fan, It took him an hour. He clean up behind him self. Came back with the bill I paid him , he shook my hand. I haven't had this kind of stellar service in a very, very long time. The technician was kind, courteous, professional and thoughtful. Other businesses and service should go to them for training on how to treat your clients.
