REVISED REVIEW: They started out great but there was a miscommunication when it was time to get the city inspector to sign off and approve the work. The scheduling team didn't notify the workers on the schedule, the inspector came without us knowing and we didn't pass. We made several attempts to contact the workers, or dispatchers and only after a scathing online review did they respond. Once we got their attention, they came and finished the job. We got the work approved by the city inspector.They did great work, but there were some moments of frustration. In the end, it all worked out.UPDATE: Several years have now passed and we had a power issue. I called them back up and they did a complete recheck. It turned out to be the power company- loose line. Back up to 5 stars!!
