A few days later he and his crew show up on time and did a good job to make a new outlet, upgrade a breaker in my unit, and install new breaker and wiring through my unit to my parking underneath to install a ChargePoint EV charger on the wall. I called Steve from Turn Electric today regarding a problem with an electrical outlet in our house. He came after work hours to diagnose and explain what the problem was and gave a free estimate on how much it would cost to fix it. The price was fair and he did a great job fixing the outlet.

I would like to be clear with people reading this review, a lot of electricians out there will charge you to just come out to check out the problem that you have and give you an estimate. Some will even charge an hour's work rate just to do that which can be around a couple of hundred bucks. Steve came after business hours and explained what the problem was and gave a free quote. I only had to pay for the actual work done. The feeling that I got from him was that he was an honest guy that does a great job at a fair price. He doesn't try to price gouge or try to recommend any extra work that is not necessary. It felt like I was dealing with a good neighbor. Looks like I found a go to guy for my electrical needs. David was VERY responsive to my inquiry via Yelp for a porch light fixture installation that potentially included an issue with the existing wall switch. He was able to send his technician, Gabe, out the same day and within the one-hour window he promised. Gabe was very professional, friendly and courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He had to go up into the attic crawlspace to see what wiring had been done years ago that was affecting the existing switch and fixture. He offered two solutions (much appreciated) and I chose to go with the simpler, straighforward approach. After a quick run to Home Depot to get a necessary part, my outdated fixture was gone and the new porch fixture was up and working. So glad I called Primo Electric instead of attempting to do this myself. I will definitely call them for any future electrical work needed.
