Louis was very professional and straight to the point. He came to do an inspection on what we wanted to have done, gave us options and performed one service that day which was repairing an outlet.Next, Brian and Andrew came two days later. They repaired 4 more outlets, 3 switches, installed 2 light fixtures, pulled out a cable wire and even patched up both sides of the wall. They were very professional, respectful and cleaned up after themselves.We cannot be more happy with the services provided and are extremely happy with the customer service from the Powell Electric team. We will definitely be doing business with them again (:

I have worked with Alex & Alex multiple times on both small and large complicated projects over the past few months. Smaller projects included changing outlets, switches, and replacing chandeliers. The day of the appointment, received an text message from Steven stating he was in route I appreciate that, Also Steven was on time, that is a big deal for me . He was courteous and clean, came in a fixed my ceiling fan, It took him an hour. He clean up behind him self. Came back with the bill I paid him , he shook my hand. The service I received was excellent. I will call them in the future if I need an electrician.

Called this company bc it said it was on Beverly Blvd. When I called, they said they’re located in the Valley. So didn’t like the misleading ad plus the dispatcher didn’t know why that was.
