We are extremely impressed with the service, communication and work product from Express Electrical, especially our electrician George! He texted me with his picture and arrival time, which was as promised. I was out of town, called them and George arrive within 2 hours. George spoke with my husband, who is an electrical engineer and explained the repair options and pricing. My husband who is rarely impressed was very satisfied with how the entire situation was handled. As the president of my HOA, I will keep Express Electrical at the top of our service provider list. I only wish all service providers could be as timely, thorough and friendly. George offered to get food for my 92 year old Mom who lived in the unit without electricity for 12+ hours.
