Larry and Jonathan were professional and pleasant to work with. I feel the price and the amount of time required to do the job was equitable and efficient. May I suggest you incorporate a measure to verify address locations at the time you confirm the arrival time to avoid delays going to wrong address. Also advise the consumer of payment option changes prior to arrival. I was blindsided by the fact that the credit card swipe was inactive, and forced to pay by check because my Internet was not cooperative to transact via PayPal. I would call Daylight Electric again.

Really glad I met this guy, my RV had a problem that we just purchased and we were stranded at the gas station. Damien took a look, it was just a fuse we were on our way. Later on that week we were having some issues with the lights, power pro came by when everyone said it would take at least a day or two.

I was fortunate enough to find Michael with A Custom Electric. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Best of all, he has work ethic and actually cares. He also had the best pricing in town!! Powell Electric tried to charge $99 just to come out and look at the problem for example! Compared to prior electricians used & another estimate received, Michael was half the price and did a FANTASTIC JOB! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A CUSTOM ELECTRIC!!! I requested dual GFCI switches replaced over the phone. Offer was for $99 one-year charge or $79 service fee. Electrician came over and said another $189 diagnostic fee. I told him it should not cost over $300. After 2 hours he could not replace the switch and blamed wiring. The company charged me $600 for putting in standard switch and not GFCI in the kitchen wet area. Not only did they not do the correct work but over charged and said member ship was included. The company charged me on 2 credit card accounts. One over the phone and one at home. They did not give me a written estimate before starting. Everything was on his tablet.

Had a great experience, very knowledgeable, and provided me with options on his work. He was able to do the work and get the permits all done in within 3 weeks. Would highly recommend to anyone.
