May I suggest you incorporate a measure to verify address locations at the time you confirm the arrival time to avoid delays going to wrong address. Also advise the consumer of payment option changes prior to arrival. I was blindsided by the fact that the credit card swipe was inactive, and forced to pay by check because my Internet was not cooperative to transact via PayPal. I would call Daylight Electric again.

They were able to come very quickly , to diagnose and solve the problems in a matter of hours. The electrician explained everything he was going to do and showed me why it needed to be done. He was professional and very courteous.

SCAM ALERT. I called them after my tenant reported an issue with their bedroom lights. Technician came out and offered three different options to repair. Pricing ranging from $1500 to $8000. All proposed work was insanely overpriced and not needed. This is not how electricians are supposed to be. Very predatory and unethical. Called another electrician and got the problem resolved for $150.00. I don’t write reviews but had to for this I feel I had to warn people. This is not me just having a bad experience, it’s a legitimate scam. Please stay away!!

He has performed all sorts of work for me, from moving lighting fixtures, running electrical lines for a new oven and upgrading my entire panel to 200 amp service. He treats his customers like they are his own family. He will take time to patiently explain (and re-explain) all of your options, allowing you to make truly informed decisions on any work performed. His pricing is reasonable and he works diligently to save you as many hard earned dollars as possible. A Custom Electric is truly a class act. Highly Recommend!
