My name is Nelson & I am the Cable Assembly Department Supervisor for a company named TMB. I recently contacted Southwest because we were experiencing some issues with one of the molding machines in the department. They sent a technician to our location & found the issues in the matter of minutes. He made a few adjustments on the machine & provided me with information on parts that need to be replaced soon. The overall experience was a great one & I would definitely continue contacting them whenever we have anymore issues with our machines.

The day of the appointment, received an text message from Steven stating he was in route I appreciate that, Also Steven was on time, that is a big deal for me . He was courteous and clean, came in a fixed my ceiling fan, It took him an hour. He clean up behind him self. Came back with the bill I paid him , he shook my hand. The service I received was excellent. I will call them in the future if I need an electrician.

I am a General Contractor with my own extensive electrical experience, and I found Stuart from All In One to be more knowledgeable, more professional and easier to work with than any other electrical contractors I've worked with in all of Southern California. I highly recommend him.

They were efficient and worked to make all work was up to code. They have to return twice to adjust the motion sensors, but have done so willingly to make everything work as it should. They were excellent and I would recommend them.

Just this morning, our panel breaker keeps on tripping, and my husband demanded that I hire someone to fix it. Fortunately, I was able to hire your electrician in a timely manner. Lets start off by saying that the electrician called the electrical outlets devices!!! My tenant had no power to the bedrooms. I read the reviews, they looked legit, so I scheduled. After inspecting the electrical panel he called me and stated I am not sure what the problem is. I inspected the breakers and everything looks good. I will have to open up all devices. Devices??????? I asked him what he meant by devices and he just replied with there are over 15 devices in the bedrooms, I have to open them all up to find out where the disconnection is. This will run about $750 to inspected and if any parts are needed there's a separate charge. After hearing all of this I asked him if by devices he meant outlets and he confirmed Yes. WTH??? I am not an electrician but even I know they are called outlets and they do not need to be opened up. What are multimeters for??? I just wanted him out. I paid the $60 diagnosis trip charge because it was my choice to send this company out. Later that day I went to the property, I turned off all the breakers and turned them back on VOILA the power turned on.

Last weekend, I called this Electrical company for the lighting installation I needed, and I was amazed by the electrician's performance. I had their service before, and they always exceeded my expectations. I also appreciate the electrician's professionalism and expertise. Also, their installation charge was very reasonable and within our budget. I strongly recommend their services for your electrical problems!

This Electrical company was able to send someone in the next couple of hours for the problem I had with my breaker that doesn't reset. I called Alex to install several ceiling lights and change power supply cables and sockets to a different place. It seemed to me that this kind of work will be very hard, messy and time consuming since the part of the work was requiring to work in a crawling space, but Alex did his work very professionally, easy and quick!

Not BBB accredited? I see why. With a 4hr. window, on first appointment, no show until after window was up. Second appointment, with a 2hr. window, no call/no show. Third appointment, with a 1hr. window. no call/no show. This no way to do business. I'm DONE.

(1 1/2 hours later) Don't LIE, David. You showed up AFTER the 4hr window that we set up on the 1st visit. I went out on errands exactly at noon then I received your call while driving and we set up for the next day with a 2hr window you missed. And I had to ASK for the senior discount on the second go-round (you missed).
I communicated in test messages so I have proof of what we agreed upon. Can you read? Don't LIE.
I didn't cancel anything. I kept working WITH you. You just could not get it together. I'm DONE!
