I've used The Electric Connection quite a few times since we first discovered them. The company is really well-run, the prices are fair, and all the electricians are very professional and nice. We've used them on big jobs (service upgrade) to electric charging stations in the garage for our Nissan Leaf, to miscellaneous small repairs like we did today. My wife and I continue to be loyal and satisfied customers.

Fixed my problem, worked efficiently, didn't charge an arm and a leg, and they gave me a same-day appointment. Happy camper here.

The process was seamless from scheduling a time to scope out my requirements on site, sending me an estimate via email for my review and approval, submitting the application for the required city permits, scheduling a time onsite to do the work (he brought in a crew of 4 and project took 1/2 day), meeting with the city inspector which was approved immediately, and invoicing with email receipt upon payment. Michael and his team are fast friendly and efficient. They rewired 2 apts and put in 3 new breaker boxes including a new meter tree well under the estimated time. I would definitely recommended them to anyone living in the Miracle Mile area if LA.

Lets start off by saying that the electrician called the electrical outlets devices!!! My tenant had no power to the bedrooms. I read the reviews, they looked legit, so I scheduled. After inspecting the electrical panel he called me and stated I am not sure what the problem is. I inspected the breakers and everything looks good. I will have to open up all devices. Devices??????? I asked him what he meant by devices and he just replied with there are over 15 devices in the bedrooms, I have to open them all up to find out where the disconnection is. This will run about $750 to inspected and if any parts are needed there's a separate charge. After hearing all of this I asked him if by devices he meant outlets and he confirmed Yes. WTH??? I am not an electrician but even I know they are called outlets and they do not need to be opened up. What are multimeters for??? I just wanted him out. I paid the $60 diagnosis trip charge because it was my choice to send this company out. Later that day I went to the property, I turned off all the breakers and turned them back on VOILA the power turned on.
